Just received it last night and set it up this morning. Total elapsed time between opening the box and having an MP3 recorded from an album: 30 minutes. I swear I am not making this up. A few points:

This is a good price for these diapers. This case amount is hard to find. At Sam's Club you can get Size 1/2, but not just 2's which is the best fit for my daughter.
