The product and software seem to work well enough....once in a while however I do get a hickup. It tells me an internal encoder error has occurred. No idea what that is but it doesn't seem to affect anything actually. Other than that I like its simplicity.

Not only is the Apple Air is slickest notebook around, it's pretty powerful. I've run HD (720p) video on it flawlessly, and Google Earth, which a demanding program. the Passport suits my intended use .I bought it to back up all my files and it worked like a charm .should any of my drives fail or my computer crash ,I still have everything on the WD Passport.It's a good feeling.
