I love love LOVE this DVD! It's a great work out, it's easy yet it burns tons of calories and makes me feel stronger. I'd give it 4.5 if I could give 1/2 Stars. The only thing I'd change with this is: In the 3 Mile options, the cool down should be included at the end of the work out. That's all. Oth
