I love this dutch oven. It's great for my larger recipes like a double recipe of Ropa Vieja or a large roast. It cooks the meat to perfection. It makes for a cool presentation at the table as well. I bought mine at the Black Friday $10 sale. Not realizing that Columbia even made blankets, I thought one would be a nice extra to have around the house. I am now seriously regretting only getting one. The blanket looks terrific (not crooked, no seams loose, no hanging strings, the colors are true)
