I was a bit worried from some of the reviews I read here on Amazon, but this Bonsai arrived as pictured(minus the flowers, not in blooming season) I even used Amazon's free supersaver shipping. We have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Very good value from Brussel's.

Great. Run a bit big but definitely help when its icy and you want to keep your feet warm while trying not to fall on ice. A!
